Refund Policy

Request window: within 14 days of purchase

1. When a full refund is allowed
  • Technical failure: if AI or rendering cannot generate the resume and support cannot fix it within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate purchase by mistake: if the same subscription was bought twice accidentally.
2. When a refund is not allowed
  • Service already used: if a premium template resume was created and downloaded.
  • "I did not like it" reasons are not refundable when preview is available beforehand.
  • The request is made after 14 days from purchase.
  • Account is blocked due to abuse, rule violations, or system attacks.

For a refund request, contact support and include payment proof plus account details. Requests are reviewed in order and results are sent by email.
